Create and edit a task
Tasks in the system are used to organize effective work, both independently and in a team. An employee can assign a task to himself or herself or to other employees with or without a deadline.
Any employee can create their own task. If the company has no restrictions on communication between positions, then any employee can be selected as a responsible or setting the task.
If the company has adopted a scheme for manually setting up task assignment rights and the task author does not have the right to assign tasks to the responsible person and the task setter, the task will automatically acquire the status of Confirmed, and the author will be offered to choose a confirming position that has the necessary rights.

You can also create tasks by copying an existing task, which can speed up and simplify the task creation process. You can make all the necessary changes while copying.

A new task will be created automatically when you add a reminder to a document, chat, and other system objects (except for a task). In the form of creating a reminder, you will be able to change the subject of the task. The task created in this way will be a child of the object from which it was created.
You can create a task from the Tasks tab of any object in the system. In this case, the new task will be associated with the object from which it was created.
After creating a task, you can make changes to it on the right side of the interface.

The position that has the right to set tasks for the responsible person and the task reporter according to the company's communication rules has the right to perform any actions on the task. The task change event will show who made the changes and when.
