Blocking and deactivating a counterparty

If for some reason one of the positions in your organization needs to stop communicating with the counterparty or some of its contacts (employees), you can block or unblock the counterparty or its contacts in the employee profile or in the window with information about the contacts of this counterparty in the main interface.

The blocking will become mutual: both on the part of the position that performed the blocking and on the part of the blocked contact (employee) of the counterparty.

Previously sent information will become unavailable to an external contact if this contact had access to the document only in the guest interface.

As a result of this action, the possibility of external communication with the counterparty or its contact for this position will be blocked (other positions in your company will be able to continue communication with such a contact). The window of information about the counterparty and its contact will show when and from whose side the communication was blocked.

In the Counterparties directory and in the External communications tab of the Organizational structure directory, you can deactivate a counterparty or its individual contacts. As a result of this action, the possibility of external communications with the counterparty or its individual contact will be terminated for all positions in your company, as well as from the counterparty.
