Score - employee rating
It is not an easy task to create the necessary motivation among employees to maximize their performance. It is known that moral motivation is often more important than material rewards.
The Schrift system allows you to evaluate the work of employees on a 100-point system and uses gamification as a way to emotionally engage employees.
Gamification (a game approach) is supported by the function of regular monthly rewards for the best employees in each area of performance evaluation implemented in the Schrift system.
Score feature is available on the Premium tariff.
The Schrift produces accurate and quantifiable data that a company can take into account for use in its own employee incentive scheme.

If you move the cursor over the area with the indicator value, the information window that appears will show detailed information with the original values of this position and the average values of the organization, where applicable.

The final score depends on three key elements: activity, efficiency and communication. These indicators are weighted as follows when calculating the final Score: 25% - activity, 35% - efficiency, 40% - communication.
Employees can check the current status of their performance at any time in the Score section.
Activity
Activity of work with tasks
The weight of the value in the Activity group is 40% or 10 points in the total Score. All active tasks for which any actions were performed during the period are taken into account. This means all tasks with which any actions were performed. These include signing tasks, completion tasks, and other types of tasks. This indicator should motivate you to organize your work and plan your tasks. The number of tasks is compared to the average value for the organization. If a position has a high number of such tasks:
< 10% of the average value in the organization, the indicator is 0%
> 10 and < 50% of the average value in the organization, then 60%
> 50% of the average value in the organization, then 100%.
If the average value in the organization is less than 2, it is considered that this indicator is irrelevant for the organization and should not be taken into account. In this case, the weight of the indicator is proportionally distributed to other indicators.
Activity in outbound communication
The weight of the value in the Activity group is 60% or 15 points in the total Score.
Multi-subject events created in the period are taken into account. Their number is compared to the average value for the organization. If a position has a number of such events:
< 10% of the average value in the organization, the indicator is 0%
> 10 and < 50% of the average value in the organization, then 60%
> 50% of the average value in the organization, then 100%.
If the average value in the organization is less than 5, it is considered that this indicator is irrelevant for the organization and should not be taken into account. In this case, the weight of the indicator is proportionally distributed to other indicators.
Efficiency
Takes into account the timeliness of the execution of incoming tasks of the Execution type. The presence of overdue tasks reduces the indicator.
Tasks of the Execution type that had the In Progress status during the settlement period (month) are taken into account.
If the total number of tasks is 3 or more and the number of overdue tasks is equal:
3 or more, the indicator is 0
2 - 30%
1 - 60%
0 - 100%
If there are less than 3 tasks:
no overdue tasks, then the coefficient is 100%
all are overdue, then the coefficient is 0
if there are only 2 tasks and 1 task is overdue, the coefficient is 30%.
If there are no input tasks of the Execution type, the indicator is not taken into account and its weight is proportionally distributed to other indicators.
If the task setter changes the deadline for a task, the new deadline will be taken into account. However, if the new deadline is set after the deadline has passed, the task will be considered overdue.
Communicativity
Reading speed of incoming information
The weight of the value in the Communicative group is 40% or 16 points in the total Score.
Incoming events read during the billing period and unread events at the end of the billing period are taken into account. If the average time spent on reading an event is:
> 24 hours, the indicator is 0%.
< 24 and > 4 hours - 40%
< 4 hours - 100%.
Speed of signing documents
The weight of the value in the Communication group is 60% or 24 points in the total Score.
Signing tasks closed during the billing period and open at the end of the billing period are taken into account. If the average time spent on signing a document is:
> 48 hours, the score is 0%.
< 48 and > 4 hours - 60%
< 4 hours - 100%.
The indicator does not apply if the position did not receive documents for signature in the calculation period. In this case, the weight of the indicator is proportionally distributed to other indicators.
The score of an organization and unit is defined as the average value of the score of all positions belonging to this organization and unit, including subordinate units.
A common negative practice is to review a document for a long time before signing it, which reduces the communication score and the Score in general. However, the user may refuse to sign a document with a justification for his or her refusal if the document submitted for approval or signature requires revision or additional discussion.
